My Story:

I am a trauma informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and Connecticut with over 4 years of experience working in an outpatient and In-Home setting. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, trauma and ADHD. Presently, I am providing both Telehealth and in person services.  I am accepting of all races, ethnicities, cultures, sex, sex affirming, socio-economic status, level of education.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating my clients with respect, empathy, dignity and compassion.  My treatment approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and trauma informed care. I will encourage you to be a participant in your treatment by corroborating a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I'm currently working towards a Post Master's Certification on Trauma Research.  I have learned the impact of unhealthy attachment in childhood and how it impacts adults in their relationships with significant others, family, and children.  I'm trained in the Circle of Security Program (COSP).  COSP is an 8 week program that fosters healthy attachment between parents/caregivers and children.  I will merge both in working with parents/caregivers.  Stay tuned for webinars.

I offer doula services for pregnant parents.  As a doula, I'll be by your side coaching you through your pregnancy journey, during delivery, and postpartum care up to 6 weeks.
